EVERY MIND COUNTS

Help participate in internet activism. One way to do this is to get on the internet message boards and help enlighten minds and reduce the confusion and deception that is out there. Or simply copy and paste this link: http://thetempestuousnemesis.blogspot.com/

The RepubliCons are using corporate money to pay people to do this. Lets let our activism be people-based.

Conservatives The Klu Klux Klan and Scott Garrett

New Jersey Republican Congressman Scott Garrett told the Express-Times of Lehigh Valley that he likes to do business in the (white) midwest because other "ethnicities" are not as sincere and straightforward.

What else does the GOP have in common with the Klu Klux Klan?

- anti immigration
- anti communist.

(kind of makes communism look like a good thing dont it?)

These guys dont wear hoods anymore. They were suits and vote Republican.

The Iceland Revolution Not Covered by Mainstream Corporate Media

The people of Iceland have overthrown the corrupt government that was connected to the bankers who bankrupted the country.

Our mainstream media is not covering this story. Could it be that the corporate media and their plutocratic backers do not want us to know? Could it be that they are afraid that this could happen in America?

The Fed is Not the REAL Problem.

I am watching the Occupy Wallstreet footage from all over America and I'm seeing signs for "END THE FED."

WTF?

Right now, about the only thing keeping the economy afloat is the Fed.
The Fed is not the real problem.
The REAL problem is the deregulation that helped get us into this mess!!

Of course the bailouts suck, but without them the pillars of the economy would have collapsed. It would have set off a chain reaction that would have effected just about each and every one of us. Why should WE have to suffer because of a few idiots?

The problem is not only a lack of oversight from so called "Big Government" but that the corporate crooks got away with it unpunished!

"Too Big to Fail" is TOO BIG!
We need to reinforce the anti-trust acts and break these bloated monsters up!

Wanting to end the Fed is reckless and naive.

WE NEED TO REGULATE THE BASTARDS!!!

Boycott Bank of America

I first noticed a problem with Bank of America when I got one of their credit cards and noticed that their interest rate was extremely high. By the time I noticed it was too late and I got stuck paying little more than the interest rate charge each month.

Now B of A is in the news for unethical activities such as:

- mortgage security problems.
- unethical foreclosure practices.
- high debit card fees.
- violation of whistle blower laws.
- pledged support for Republican presidential candidate Rick Perry.
- and who knows what else is going on that hasnt been exposed yet.

Oh yeah, and their website is not user friendly.

Boycott Bank of America!!! :

America is No Longer Number 1

RepubliCons love to shout about how great America is.
They arrogantly proclaim that the U.S. is a "shining city on a hill."
They even have a word for it: its called AMERICAN EXCEPTIONALISM.

Here is the price of Republican policies such as deregulation, corporate health care, free trade, anti environmentalism, and cutting of funding for public education.

The United States is 49th in the world in literacy.

The U.S. ranked 28th out of 40 countries in mathematical literacy.

U.S. ranks 37th in health care performance.

U.S. childhood poverty now ranks 22nd, or second to last, among the developed nations. Only Mexico scores lower.

Of the 20 most developed countries in the world, the U.S. was dead last in the growth rate of total compensation to its workforce, yet Americans work longer hours per year than any other industrialized country, and get less vacation time.

Sometime in the next 10 years Brazil will probably pass the U.S. as the world's largest agricultural producer. Brazil is now the world's largest exporter of chickens, orange juice, sugar, coffee, and tobacco. Last year, Brazil passed the U.S. as the world's largest beef producer. As a result, while we bear record trade deficits, Brazil boasts a $30 billion trade surplus.

As of last June, the U.S. imported more food than it exported.

U.S. is also
#30 in life expectancy.
#22 in lack of corruption
#27 in renewable energy
#33 in scientific literacy

Also thanks to Republican policies:

America is #1 in military spending
gross national debt.
country music stars.

Obama Does Have a Jobs Plan. Its Called the Republican Plan

RepubliCons say that Obama does not have a jobs plan and are blaming the low employment rate on him.

Answer: Yes he does. Its called the Republican plan. It involves tax cuts for the rich who are then supposed to use that money to create jobs.

Looks like the Republican plan does not work.

Actually the Republicans do have another plan. To sabatage recovery efforts and blame the result on Obama.
